Frequently Asked Questions

1. Pick-up

 

All orders must be picked up at my home, at Uranienborg in Oslo. Delivery options are available for certain orders, see below for more information.

Pick-up times:

​

  • Monday - Friday: 17:00

​

  • Saturday & Sunday: between 10:30 - 11:30

​

​

For earlier/later pick-ups, additional fees may apply.

2. Delivery

 

I only deliver orders from NOK 3000,- and up. An extra fee will be charged, depending on destination.

3. Do you use marzipan or fondant?

 

All my cakes are buttercream cakes.

 

I do not use fondant, gum paste or marzipan to cover my cakes. I only use Swiss buttercream, to fill and frost my cakes. SMB is a meringue based buttercream. Therefore, all cakes must to be stored in a cold space, preferably the fridge. The cake must however be placed at room temperature an hour before serving.

4. How do I place an order?

 

To make this process as quick and easy as possible, please fill out this form and I will get back to you as soon as possible!

  • Pick-up date, and preferred pick-up time

  • Size

  • Cake

  • Filling

  • Frosting

  • Topping
