Orders

The menu lets you build your own cake. Choose between different batters, frosting and fillings. If you are missing flavours, please feel free to contact me and I can see what I can do for you.



1. Cakes




Vanilla

Vanilla cake is always a safe choice. This one is light and fluffy.



Chocolate

This chocolate cake is moist and rich, and is definitely the most popular cake I make.



Carrot

No description needed. For the frosting I recommend the cream cheese frosting.



Red Velvet

A cake that isn't very familiar here in Norway, but the red cake has become more and more popular in recent years. It has a slight taste of chocolate and for the frosting I recommend the cream cheese frosting.



Gluten Free Chocolate Cake

For all you poor souls out there that can“t eat gluten, this one is for you. I am proud to say that this cake tastes almost the same as the original chocolate cake I make, so I got you covered!




2. Fillings

For between the layers of your cake.




Swiss Meringue Buttercream - Vanilla

The most delicate and fancy buttercream there is.



Swiss Meringue Buttercream - Chocolate

Chose between white or dark chocolate.



Oreo Frosting

The classic buttercream with crushed pieces og oreo. A favourite in my family.



Cream Cheese Frosting

Unlike the other frostings, this is not as sweet. It is great with the carrot cake or the red velvet.



Whipped Cream

Sometimes you just want something simple.



Raspberry mousse

A light, and not too sweet, filling that is great with both chocolate and vanilla cake.

3. Frostings

To cover the cake.




Swiss Meringue Buttercream - Vanilla

The most delicate and fancy buttercream there is.

Chose between white or dark chocolate.

No frosting - Naked Cake

Some people are not too crazy about frostings, and that is ok. The cake will have a thin layer of swiss meringue buttercream to keep it intact but the main attraction will be the inside.




4. Toppings

There are many ways to decorate your cake, please feel free to chose more than one topping.




Chocolate drizzle

Chose between milk, dark and white chocolate.



Fruit & Berries



Chocolate Pieces



Oreo Cookies



Sprinkles

Simply sprinkles in the colours you want.



Piped Swirls

Top the cake with piped swirls using the same frosting that is covering your cake.
